Ingredients for banana doughnuts

To make the dough:

Half a kilo of flour
Half a packet of instant yeast
3-4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup water
3-4 tablespoons milk powder
2-5 drop of banana essence
For the filling (banana sauce): 2 tablespoons margarine/butter
3-4 stems of banana (cut into cubes)
2 tablespoons sugar
Half a cup of water

Preparation for banana doughnuts

1. Mix all dry ingredients – flour, yeast, milk powder and sugar. Mix, mix, mix. Add the butter, and mix again. Mix with your hands (pastry crumbly). Add banana oil and water.
2. Knead until fluffy and not so sticky in the hand until the mixture becomes a dough. Cover the dough with a wet towel. Wait for your dough to rise twice.
3. While waiting, make the banana sauce. Melt butter first, add the sugar, add the diced banana
4. Form the dough into a doughnut shape, fry the doughnuts until golden brown
5. Put the doughnut on the banana sauce and sprinkle with chocolate rice. Serve
