step
1. create the drive in Power ISO
2. Mount the CD in the Drive
3. Run the Setup file
question - I did not replace the TS3 file in the Bin folder, but it is still working...strange..may it already consider the sims 3 TS3 file that I repalce, hence in sims 3 pet don't need to do this anymore..
