How come we are subsidising the foreign student all these while and no one is aware of this, and we need to declare bankrupt by year 2020, is rakyat need to be responsible for all these loop holes and mis-management??
Starting July this year, foreign students in Malaysia will have to pay their course fees in
full because the government no longer subsidise them, Higher Education Minister Datuk
