Hentian Duta

Was at Hentian Duta to purchase a ticket for my dad back to Pendang. The location is better then Pudu of course, cannot deny that, but there is hardly more then 50 parking lots. I cannot imagine a Bus Terminal in a remote area without parking lot, how they expect people to go there, by bus, no way for me. Hence there are many illigal parking at road side. It seem we are still far far away from China in term of transportation management or more specifically Bus Terminal Management. The authority should make a trip to developed coutry or at least near by neighbor - Singapore to learn how they manage to have the world class bus terminal.
